James Nicholson has over ten years of experience running successful companies. Prior to creating YourStreet, he was the founder and CEO of NetVentures, Inc., a pioneering e-commerce software company. James grew the company to profitability before it was successfully acquired by CNET in 1999, returning over 50x to investors. He then served as an executive in CNET's Commerce and Operations groups, contributing to the company’s profitability and rapid growth.

Spencer Liu, former Creative Director at CNET, has fourteen years of experience in creative strategy, design and implementation in the fields of marketing, branding, online user interaction and advertising.

Paul Rush is an entrepreneur and web software architect. He has over 10 years of web development experience, most recently leading the development of the project that became Sony Music's Connect download service.

Josh Gruenberg is a systems architect/engineer with experience in a variety of fields, including conceptual information retrieval, content categorization, user interface design, and adaptive streaming media. He specializes in developing intuitive, maintainable solutions to real-world problems. Before joining the YourStreet team, Josh served as Chief Software Architect for Electronic Evidence Discovery, Inc.
